Since I rarely have time to "talk story" (like they say here on the islands) and pictures are worth a thousand words, Ive decided that I am less of a "blogger" and more like a "photo-blogger". Most of the time I will use pictures instead of paragraphs to describe my experiences at this time in my life as a college girl, "in-between dreams".

So excited!!!
So today in choir, my teacher Ms. Porterfield was letting us practice Dream Tree and we all really got into it. We sang it so well that it drove her to tears in mid song, and she said we were...I forget the word but it was something like amazing. She told us that she doesnt say that to many choirs. This is a favorite song of mine, and the whole class. It is about a woman, and her husband is a sailor who had to leave her and her new born child. He goes out to sea and there is this big storm that the piano imitates perfectly. Then after the storm the women is really worried about whether he made it or not. It is so beautiful and It all blends with the emotion of the words perfectly. Im going to ask mom to video tape it so you can hear it.
